 All rental items are in good condition. The Client will ensure the property is received back in the same condition, and available for pick up and/or drop off upon event completion in the DMV area. For any Mitch ChicNic Events & Rentals broken or damaged property, the Client will be billed the cost of the market price of the items. Our clients will reimburse Mitch ChicNic Events & Rentals for all loss, stolen or damage to our properties.
